Friends 4 Justice

The Interim Response and Restoration program is designed to provide multi-level services to address extreme forms of violence against children, sexual and gender-based violence, sex trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation and other harmful traditional practices by providing assistance to victims and survivors in urgent situations.

Objectives

To rescue, restore and protect abused, exploited and neglected children.
To provide trauma therapy for children who have endured sexual violence, and help survivors to participate in the court proceedings.
To provide emergency assistance to child brides and pregnant girls.
To provide emergency assistance to those facing extreme acts of SGBV
To provide one stop shop for SGBV survivors where they can receive psychosocial support, testing, counseling, and proper collection of evidence.
To rescue, restore and protect victims of sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation
To provide counseling, housing, economic assistance, education and legal support to victims of commercial sexual exploitation.
To help SGBV and human trafficking survivors rebuild their lives after rescue through trauma therapy and economic empowerment.
